You must come from a high school in the greater Louisville area, while will include Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, Spencer, and Shelby counties in the state of Kentucky; as well as Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Washington and Scott counties in Indiana. If you meet those requirements and have a 3.0 GPA minimum from high school, you should be able to apply for this award without any issues.
