Digital Responsibility is offering the Technology Addiction Awareness Scholarship to students to raise the awareness on dangers of addiction to technology. This is an annual scholarship that is for students in high school and in college that are pursuing an undergraduate and a graduate program. It is easy to apply to and all it requires you to do is to write an essay of 140 characters or less. Winners will be required to write a full-length essay of 500 to 1,000 words. First-place winner gets a $1,500 scholarship and the runner-up gets a $500 scholarship. Get started on your challenge and you just might open someone’s eyes on the dangers of too much technology!
