Ornament Shop Scholarship – $500

As a Hallmark ornament shop, Ornament Shop created a scholarship to assist students in achieving higher education by helping them reach all their educational goals.  The Ornament Shop Scholarship is a $500 scholarship that awards one student a year in hopes to a lessen some of the college tuition cost.  College students and graduating high school seniors with a GPA 3.0 or greater are invited to apply for their chance at $500.  All that they will be required to do is submit an essay of minimum 1,000 words as well as their contact information.  Being that this is an annual scholarship, students have until June 1st each year to submit their scholarship application.  One student will be chosen as a winner and their name will be announced on the Ornament Shop Facebook page.  The funds will be mailed to the winner’s educational institution.  This is an essay-based scholarship where students should focus on that year’s topic to create the best essay that would attract the judge’s attention.  Students have until noon on the day of the deadline date to submit their application and any late work will not be considered.  Applicants can apply for this scholarship opportunity on ScholarshipOwl as well as to all qualified scholarships in a less time where one application applies them to all scholarships.  This way students get to save time on searching and applying for scholarships where ScholarshipOwl does it all for them.  It will give students more time to focus on their studies and to help save some money towards their college education.
